CheapExcellent is a membership store. We do not run seasonal coupons or one-off discount codes — we keep one honest retail price and one member price on every product in the catalogue. Pay $99 once a year, and every product page shows you the lower number: no code to enter, no minimum order, no tier to climb.

Member prices are set per product, not a flat percentage
This is the part most membership shops get wrong. A blanket "15% off everything" forces us to pad the retail price so the discount still works on low-margin items. We do the opposite: each product gets its own member price, set against its real cost. Case models come down around 12%, tablet and laptop accessories 15%, and our cheapest items are capped at 8% so the price stays honest instead of being inflated first. You always see the actual number before you add to cart — never a promise of a percentage that turns out to be smaller at checkout.
Does it pay for itself?
At our average across the catalogue — about 12% — the $99 membership breaks even at roughly $825 of purchases in the year. Beyond that, the savings are yours. Because our unit prices start at a few cents, most of that volume comes from quantity rather than from big-ticket items: 1,000 cases at $0.35 is a $350 order, and the member price takes $42 off it.

Figures assume the catalogue average of about 12% and are illustrative only — your actual saving depends on which products you buy. If you order less than about $825 a year, the free account is the better deal, and we would rather tell you that than take your $99.
What you get

- Every item, every quantity — member price applies to one unit or a hundred. No minimum order to unlock it.
- Priority support — member emails are answered first, and quote requests come back within 4 business hours.
- New arrivals first — members see new models 7 days before they appear in the public catalogue.

How it works
- Buy the membership. It is a $99 product like any other — add it to the cart and check out. One year, paid once, no stored card, no automatic charge next year.
- Your account switches to member prices. The change is applied to your customer account, so log in on any device and the member prices follow you.
- Shop normally. Prices on the product pages are already yours. Checkout works exactly as before.
- Renew when it suits you. We email you before the year is up. If you do nothing, the account simply returns to retail prices — nothing is charged.
Questions members ask before joining
Is $99 a one-off payment?
It covers 12 months from the day it is activated. After that it expires on its own — there is no auto-renewal and no card kept on file.
Can I see the member price before I pay?
Visitors see the retail price plus a line telling you that a member price exists on that product. The exact figure appears on the same page as soon as you are logged in as a member — no clicking through to checkout to find out.
Do member prices combine with coupons or bulk quotes?
One discount per order. If you have a coupon, you get whichever is lower — the member price or the coupon — not both on top of each other. Custom and bulk quotes are priced separately: send us the spec and we quote at member level.
What happens when the year ends?
Your account returns to retail prices. Your order history, addresses and any store credit stay exactly where they are. Renew at any time to switch member pricing back on.
Can I get a refund on the membership fee?
Yes, if you have not used it. Contact us within 7 days of joining without having placed a member-priced order, and we refund the $99 in full. Once member prices have been used on an order, the fee is no longer refundable — that is the line we hold, and we say it before you pay rather than after.
Do you still sell wholesale?
There is no separate wholesale tier. The member price is the lowest price we publish, and it applies at any quantity, so a reseller and a single-unit buyer pay the same per unit.
Which payment methods can I use?
PayPal, credit and debit cards, and bank transfer. Membership is charged the same way as any order.

Add up what you spent with us in the last 12 months. If it is under $825, stay on the free account — you are not losing anything. If it is over, the membership pays for itself and everything after that is margin back in your pocket.
