Every paid member gets a personal referral link. When three new customers join as members through your link, we refund your annual membership fee in full — and you keep your member status and member pricing for the rest of your term.

How it works

1. Join or renew. Buy the Annual Membership ($99). Your personal referral link is issued to your account email within one business day.
2. Share it. Send the link to anyone who buys phone cases, accessories or custom orders. The link works for 1,000 days, so there is no rush.
3. They join. Your friend creates a new account, buys the Annual Membership, and the order is automatically linked to you.
4. Three means paid back. When the third qualifying membership clears, we refund your $99.

What counts as a qualified referral

• A brand-new customer: no previous account or order on cheapexcellent.com.
• An Annual Membership bought after clicking your link (or with your referral code entered at checkout).
• An order that is paid and completed, not refunded, cancelled or charged back.
• Counted inside the 12 months that start on your membership activation date.

What does not count

• Your own second account, or a member of your own household.
• Orders sharing your email, address, phone number or payment method.
• Memberships bought before the referral link was clicked.
• Refunded, cancelled, failed or charged-back orders.
• Product-only orders without a membership.

When and how you get paid

• Refunds are released within 7 business days after a 30-day clearing period on the third membership.
• We refund to the original payment method where possible; otherwise we issue the full $99 as store credit.
• Your membership is not cancelled. You stay in the member group, at member prices, until the end of the paid term.
• One refund per membership year. Referrals beyond three roll over to your next year.

Fair use

Referrals must be genuine customers. We may withhold or reverse a refund if referrals are created by the same person, by bulk fake accounts, by incentivised click farms, or if a referred membership is refunded or charged back after payout. We may change or end the programme with notice on this page; referrals already recorded stay valid.
