Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of cheapexcellent.com and any order you place with us. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them. If you are ordering on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company.

1. About these terms

“We”, “us” and “CheapExcellent” mean the seller operating this website. “You” means the buyer. A quotation, proforma invoice or order confirmation issued by us forms part of the contract together with these terms. If the two conflict, the order confirmation prevails for that order.

2. Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Business accounts must provide accurate company details. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, resale of counterfeit goods, or a breach of these terms.

3. Products and availability

• Product photographs and colour charts are for reference. Slight variation in shade, mould seam or packaging is normal in manufacturing and is not a defect.
• Stock levels change quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will offer a substitute, a partial shipment or a refund for that item.
• Model names and trademarks such as iPhone, Samsung or AirPods belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, those companies.

4. Prices, currency and taxes

All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and exclude import duties, VAT/GST and customs fees in the destination country unless a DDP term is agreed in writing. Prices may change without notice, but changes never affect an order we have already confirmed. Where a price was obviously misstated, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before shipment.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation or when we dispatch the goods, whichever comes first. We may decline an order before dispatch — for example if the item is out of stock, if payment cannot be verified, or if the delivery address is outside our service area. If we decline, you receive a full refund.

6. Payment

• Accepted methods are shown on the Payments & Buyer Protection page and at checkout.
• Goods are dispatched after cleared payment. Bank transfers must be received in full, with all bank charges paid by the sender.
• For OEM and custom production we may require a deposit before production and the balance before dispatch.
• Invoices and receipts are issued in the buyer's company name where provided.

7. Shipping, title and risk

Shipping times shown on this website are estimates. Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the address you gave us, or on handover to the carrier where you arrange your own freight. You are responsible for providing a complete and correct address, and for any duty or tax payable on import. Our Shipping & Taxes page forms part of these terms.

8. Returns, refunds and warranty

• 30-day return window. If you are not satisfied with stock goods, tell us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging; return freight is paid by the buyer unless the fault is ours.
• Defective goods. Manufacturing defects are replaced or refunded at our cost, including return freight. Send photographs of the defect and the carton within 7 days of delivery.
• 90-day warranty. Stock products carry a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
• Exclusions. Normal wear, accidental damage, improper use, unauthorised modification and custom-printed items produced to your approved artwork are not covered.
• Refund timing. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 5 business days of approval; your bank may take longer to show the credit.

9. Custom and OEM orders

Custom orders are produced to the artwork, sample or specification you approve. Once you approve a sample or artwork proof, that version is binding. Small colour deviations between print runs, screens and physical samples are unavoidable. Custom and private-label goods cannot be returned for change of mind, but remain covered by the defect warranty.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, photographs, layout and product images — belongs to us or is used with permission and may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent. By sending us artwork or logos for OEM production, you confirm that you own or are licensed to use them and that they do not infringe any third party's rights. You indemnify us against claims arising from artwork you supplied.

11. Acceptable use

You may not use this website to break the law, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, to scrape content at scale, or to resell our products as counterfeit or in a way that misrepresents their origin.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or indirect loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

13. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including epidemics, port closures, carrier strikes, customs action, natural disasters or government restrictions. We will tell you promptly and work with you on an alternative.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Before starting formal proceedings, both sides agree to try to resolve the dispute in good faith within 30 days of written notice. If that fails, the dispute is submitted to the competent court at our place of business in Huizhou, Guangdong, unless a mandatory consumer protection rule in your country gives you the right to sue locally.
